Can I change or cancel my order?
Because your item moves into production quickly, we’re only able to accommodate changes or cancellations within 4 hours of purchase. If you need help, reach out as soon as possible.
I placed an order but my tracking hasn't updated in a few days...
Your order may be transferred to a local delivery partner for the final part of its journey (“last mile delivery”). During that handoff, tracking can sometimes pause for a few days before updating again. Totally normal — your package is still moving its way to you! Once it reaches your local carrier, tracking should update with more delivery info.
